Traceable & Explainable
Technical specifications are embedded and matched against historical supplier lines. The result shows comparable products and an interval, so a user can see the evidence behind the estimate instead of being blocked behind a black box.
Context-aware prediction
Comparable prices are normalized before they are used: aluminium by perimeter, glazing by square metre, then refined for quantity and the pricing tier of the project. That keeps a bulk order from quietly pricing a bespoke job.
AI estimations, deterministic math
The system estimates supplier costs from history, but every business rule after that stays explicit: direct costs, overhead, fabrication, installation, transport, margin, safety buffer, and VAT are all itemized and reproducible.
Follows the whole quotation lifecycle
A role-based web app gives employees a guided product and quotation workflow while administrators control business settings. Finalized quotations freeze their parameters, and the system was deployed on the company's own Windows Server.
